We're typically booked 6-8 weeks out for new projects. Initial consultations can usually happen within a week.

Do you work on apartments?

Yes. We navigate strata approvals, work within building restrictions, and manage access logistics.

What's the minimum project size?

We take on single-room renovations starting around $12,000. Smaller jobs like styling consultations available from $2,100.

Do I need plans before contacting you?

Not at all. We can start from a rough idea and develop plans together, or work from existing architectural drawings.

How do payments work?

Deposit to secure schedule, progress payments at key milestones, final payment on completion. All outlined clearly before work begins.

Can I see previous work in person?

We maintain a lookbook at our office and can sometimes arrange site visits to completed projects with client permission.
